Tas K. a.k.a. Tas The Writer, is a horror writer and publisher who is autistic, queer, deaf, and a disabled person of color! With a BA in English Literature, they graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2023. Through their storytelling, they address religious trauma, abuse, discrimination, and societal barriers in a creepy yet thought-provoking manner. They translate their experiences as a biracial, queer, and neurodivergent individual into tangible creatures that symbolize their journey.
Teddi Tostanoski serves as a Senior Social and Digital Media Strategist at Colorado State University, leading the social media strategy for the Office of the President. Teddi’s social media career spans nonprofits, small businesses, consumer electronics, and for the past six years, higher education—where she has focused on executive, undergraduate admissions, and institutional social media strategies. Teddi is dedicated to fostering strong online communities and fully believes that to do so starts by creating accessible and inclusive content.
Tekla Babyak holds a PhD in Musicology from Cornell University. Based in Davis, CA, she is an independent scholar and disability activist with multiple sclerosis (MS). Recent publications have appeared in journals such as 19th-Century Music and Nineteenth-Century Music Review as well as several edited collections. Currently, she is working on an autoethnography exploring how her MS-related neurodivergence intersects with her erotic attraction to historical composers such as Beethoven and Tchaikovsky. Tekla always brings an activist-oriented perspective to her writing projects, conference presentations, and other public speaking engagements. Subverting ableist professional norms, Tekla openly discloses her MS-related anxiety disorder in professional settings. Her goal is to honor disability as a source of pride and identity.
Hi! I'm Teodora. I was introduced to web accessibility around 2020 with the help of the (European) Web Accessibility Directive, and ever since I've been focusing on anything digital accessibility related, mainly working with design systems and enterprise applications. I also got certified as a Web Accessibility Specialist in 2025.
My forte is explaining technical requirements in simple terms. Over the years, I've worked with product owners, stakeholders, designers, frontend developers and quality assurance engineers.
Tori Clark (they/she) is a multi disabled disability advocate and accessibility expert. They have a unique lived experience from collecting motor, vision, and cognitive disabilities over the past decade. As a result, she is a top expert in the needs of Dragon and high contrast themes, as well as inclusive design for attention- and memory-related considerations.
She has worked on inclusive design and accessible code for complex interactions like interactive data visualization, drag-and-drop, and much more. In her current role, she leverages instructional design to create compelling learning for individuals to level up their accessibility knowledge and skills. Although DEI is taking a hit across various industries, she believes people can still incorporate accessibility into their practices seamlessly with the right supports.
Finally, she's a proud autist and self-aware trauma survivor who supports the full spectrum of neurodivergence.

Dr. West is a two-time graduate of The George Washington University and holds a graduate certificate from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She earned her Doctorate of Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, focusing on the intersection of race, gender, and disability.
A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and disability awareness, Dr. West’s journey includes overcoming a life-threatening chronic illness diagnosed in 2014. She uses her platform to empower individuals to appreciate life and self-advocate and teach companies how to truly do inclusion. As Co-Chair of the AACRAO Accessibility Task Force, she is committed to enhancing accessibility in education. Dr. West is dedicated to educating the world on ableism and has shared her insights with various prestigious organizations.
