I am a mixed-race non-binary disabled person. As a late diagnosed neurodivergent person (Autism and ADHD) I spent years thinking there was something wrong with me. I bounced around sectors, industries and countries and with each new possibility, I discovered a little more about myself. I have always believed in creating environments where everyone could thrive and wherever I worked, I had an interest in making things better. I have worked with trade unions and in EDI/DEI spaces across the globe.
I have spoken on panels for the University of Oxford, deliver training on behalf of the sunflower lanyard scheme and run a social enterprise. I was also a speaker at the UK governemt LGBT+ conference. I use both my lived and professional experience to educate and empower individuals to create accessible environments.
